September 9, 2026- Assume-role profiles. Profiles that reach an account by assuming a role —
role_arnplussource_profile— now appear in the popup and open the console in one click. Orthanc follows thesource_profilechain, signs in at the SSO profile at its base, and assumes the target role. The account and role are read straight out of therole_arn, so an assume-role profile looks like any other in the list. - A tidier install. The download now opens as a branded disk image with an Applications folder right there to drag onto — the install is one gesture, the way Mac apps are meant to be.

September 8, 2026- The Buy button works again. A change on the backend had started rejecting the checkout request before it reached payment; purchasing from the website is reliable again.
- Fully-discounted checkouts complete cleanly. A 100%-off purchase now lands on the right status and hands you a working licence, with no leftover "payment pending" state.
- The usage page reflects reality. The anonymous counters behind the usage page were silently dropping their updates; installs, sign-ins, and conversions are now recorded and shown correctly.
- A rebuilt, leaner backend under the hood. Nothing to do on your side — the app talks to the same address and behaves the same, it is just simpler and cheaper to run.

orthanc.stormacq.net. The app and the website now share one address, so a stray visit to the app's endpoint lands you on the homepage instead of a raw error. - The Chrome extension now ships under its final Web Store identity, so installs and updates line up with the published listing.
