Custom Technical Training

Your team reaches autonomy, not just attendance

I design custom programs around your team's real systems, teach by building, and stay involved until they operate independently.

01 What

Training that starts with understanding

Before I design a single module, I learn who the participants are, what they already know, and what they need to be able to do after.

From there I design a custom sequence. The content, the pace, the exercises. All built around your real environment. Participants learn on scenarios they will encounter on Monday morning.

02 Topics

What I teach

AWS cloud. Architecture, compute, networking, serverless, containers, security, cost management, AI/ML services, infrastructure as code.

AI agents. Strands Agents SDK, function calling, tool design, MCP, RAG, deployment with AgentCore and Bedrock. Participants build and deploy agents during the training.

Unix fundamentals. Command line, file systems, processes, networking, shell scripting.

Development fundamentals. Problem-solving, code structure, testing, version control, debugging, working with APIs.

AWS certification preparation. Targeted where the group needs reinforcement, not a linear walk through the exam guide.

I do not deliver a course. I ensure your team reaches operational autonomy.
03 How

How it works

Needs analysis. I talk to the sponsor and to the participants. I understand the starting point, the target, and the constraints.

Curriculum design. I propose a sequence of modules with clear objectives. We adjust until both sides agree on what success looks like.

Delivery. Small groups, under 12 participants. Heavily hands-on. In-person is strongly recommended. Programs range from 2 days to several weeks.

Follow-up. Check-ins after the training, targeted coaching to unblock participants, curriculum adjustments if gaps appear. This is a structured commitment, not a vague offer.

04 Not this

What I do not do

I do not deliver standardized vendor decks.

I do not run pre-packaged labs disconnected from your environment.

I do not show up without speaking to participants first.

I do not teach groups larger than 12.

I do not end the engagement when the last module is delivered.

Questions

What topics do you cover?
AWS cloud, AI agents, Unix fundamentals, development fundamentals, and AWS certification preparation. I go broad or deep depending on where your team is.
How are courses customized?
I speak directly with the sponsor and participants before designing anything. I build every module around your real systems, your data, and your tooling.
What format are the sessions?
Small groups under 12 participants. Heavily hands-on. In-person is strongly recommended. Programs range from 2 days to several weeks.

Let's design the program

A first meeting to understand your context, your team, and your objectives: who the participants are, what they need to do afterwards, and where the gaps are. From there I come back with a proposed curriculum and a quote.
